For those of you that don't know WBAI 99.5 FM, it is the New York branch of Pacifica Radio Network, public radio stations that has been broadcasting peace and justice related content since the 1940s. They broadcast tons of great content and really give a voice to the social justice movement.
Going forward Shawn will be producing a regular segment for the Morning Show with Mario Murillo on health and fitness so make sure to look out for announcements for when that gets going but in the meantime check out the short interview he did with the team this morning.
